"I recently had my carpets installed by Armored Floors and I am extremely satisfied with the results. The team was professional, knowledgeable, and efficient throughout the entire process. They made sure to take the time to understand my needs and preferences and offered helpful suggestions to ensure the final product was exactly what I was looking for. The installation was completed on time and the quality of the work was outstanding. I especially appreciate how they took care to protect my furniture and the rest of my home during the installation. I highly recommend Armored Floors for anyone looking for quality carpet installation services."

"I have used Sunshine in the past which is the reason I used them for this job. Eddie and his crew are very professional and friendly. They were always on time and completed the job on time. Never left a mess and always used care not to damage any walls, floors or furniture. I gave Eddie the challenge of installing a "custom" floor in the bathroom. He did an excellent  job installing the mosaic tile which took a lot of time and patience. Sunshine is now my "go to" contractor whenever I nee any repairs or remodeling. I highly recommend Eddie for any project. His prices are affordable and his work is guranteed

"Beautifully done work. Showed up fast and repaired what I had messed up. Then finished the rest! Good job guys!"

"Sometimes Spouse did an excellent job! The wives I rented showed up on time, even a few minutes early. They provided me with proof of being employees, informed me that they were insured and bonded. The two girls cleaned my home for 4-5 hours. They did a deep clean the first time, and a weekly clean after (& have done this for over a year). They do an amazing job each time, doing a top to bottom clean of my home. I signed up for the Sometimes Home Plan and love their services. I also call them for any of my home maintenance needs. Recently they did gutter cleaning, and interior painting of my home. I am very satisfied every time they come to my home."

"Hard worker, reliable, good pricing."

"Zion Construction is amazing! Victor and his team replaced our flooring with LVP and handled drywall repair and painting. The flooring is stunning and the repairs are on point! We’re glad this company was recommended to us and we will have them back for our next project!!"

"The work was finished 4 weeks after the original dates set.  They put in the tub and tile surround and said they fixed the leak.  They did not check all of the pipes before putting in tub, so when the tub was filled and drained for the first time it leaked everywhere into the downstairs bathroom. This made a huge mess and then the entire ceiling had to be replaced.  Which they charged us extra for. When they took out the ceiling they found the leak.  Which we had talked about originally and they said they had fixed when new tub went in.  We saved the toilet and the cabinet to the sink since it was hardwood and in good condition.  I figured this would save us some money.  We had a great deal of "extra" cost that was not included in the budget to begin with.  It ended up costing us closer to 6000.00 dollars instead of the original 3500.00.
I was very disappointed with the overall cost and with the time frame.  We were told it would take about a week.  With the leak and additional repairs it was finally done about a month later.  MY time is extremely valuable and part of the time issue was I couldn't be there at certain times.  They really need to be more precise with their time management and budget setting.  The work that was done was not up to par and it is now about 6 months later and the grout around the tub has cracked and I have to have someone else come in and redo some of the tile work as well and finish all of the edges because they were left just cut off which we have found to be dangerous.  I would never recommend this company to anyone."

"Cortes renovation has done excellent work for me. They are reliable, affordable, and the work itself has always been exactly what I have asked for.
