"In 2021, I hired Eric to fix a water leak in my basement. I paid approximately $8000. Three months after the work was done, there was leaking again. He came over and told me that this was a different leak. After I saved up enough money, I was referred to an expert in basement leaks/foundations. He came over and completed the work. When he was doing the work, he proactively asked me who did the work previously. He said he was clearly not done by someone with knowledge of foundations. I have tried to resolve with Eric. At a minimum, I deserve a refund"

"In 2021, I hired Eric to fix a water leak in my basement. I paid approximately $8000. Three months after the work was done, there was leaking again. He came over and told me that this was a different leak. After I saved up enough money, I was referred to an expert in basement leaks/foundations. He came over and completed the work. When he was doing the work, he proactively asked me who did the work previously. He said he was clearly not done by someone with knowledge of foundations. I have tried to resolve with Eric. At a minimum, I deserve a refund"

The entire project took 3.5 months. It ran like a well oiled machine! Ryan kept the project organized and running smoothly at all times. His communication was stellar as it was known at all times where things stood with the project. His team was very dedicated to working in a professional, very skilled and reliable manner. All plans were well communicated at all times. Ryan and his team were very approachable and easy to communicate with regarding any questions or changes to the project. After living in the newly renovated space, we are beyond pleased with how things came together!
