A new kitchen was placed, new wood flooring, half bath added with new plumbing, new closet, new window, three walls removed and support beams placed, lighting installed, handmade woodwork for kitchen island top, hand crafted wood vanity for the bathroom, paint, plastering, and tiling done. The entire project took 3.5 months. It ran like a well oiled machine! Ryan kept the project organized and running smoothly at all times. "The initial build went reasonably well. We did find problems which they did come back and fix. I noticed a railing support that was cracked. I was told that I must of done it, that was that. The plugs that cover the screw holes in the stairs are falling out. I looked for some at Home Depot, but couldn't find the right color. I still had Chase's cell #, so I texted him and asked if he could send me some plugs, and I would do it myself. No response. Tried again the next day, still no response. I'm not surprised. Aging the build was decent, price was higher than most. Now that nearly 2 years have gone by, and customer service should be anticipated, nothing. Never again."
