I got 3 quotes and theres was by far the most reasonable, one company even turning down the job because it was "too big for them to handle." "Len Gibely did a great job helping us when our house was damaged by a tree falling and hitting our porch. Very shortly after the storm they came and put temporary patches on our roof. As soon as it was practical they repaired our main roof and gutters and removed the damaged porch roof. Then in the time frame they told us they came back and did a great job reconstructing and improving our porch roof. "Hugo, the owner, was very accommodating. I had a badly leaking flat roof, which is a small section of my entire asphalt, gabled roof. I called many roofers to get an estimate for a repair rather than a full roof replacement--since I could not afford the cost of an entire roof replacement at that time. All other contractors/roofers only wanted the larger job of a full roof replacement--which I could not do at that time. Although a complete roof replacement would have been ideal, Hugo understood my situation and agreed to do just the flat roof repair, which included replacing the rubber roof. He came to my home that same day and gave me a reasonable estimate.
