"I’ve recently had a major renovation of my home completed by Beantown Home Improvement. The project consisted of replacing the old clapboard and shingle siding with James Hardie fiber cement cedar mill planks. The project turned out great! Everyone who has seen it have had nothing but good comments about it. I’ve even had my neighbor request contact information for Beantown to get an estimate about a project he is looking to have done. The owner, Jim DelPrete, was very professional, knowledgeable and accommodating, from the initial meeting to the completion of the project. Initially, the project’s start date was estimated to be in August, but Jim was able to get a crew to start in June. Throughout the project, Jim would stop by to check on the progress and he would always respond promptly if a question arose. Janice was also extremely helpful throughout the whole project, whether it was to stop by to take measurements or to field a number of inquiries by phone. They were both very pleasant and accommodating. The work crew was excellent and put in long days to complete the project in a little over a weeks time. "My first project with NMTI0Generation Construction (Tru Blue Construction) is complete; I have signed the contract for another, larger project. When I solicited quotes for my roof replacement (including new gutter installation and the reconstruction of my back steps and landing) I met with Project Manager Juan Carcamo. While every company that bid on my job seemed competent to do the work, I sensed that Juan and his company would be easy to work with. He listened to my concerns and ideas and explained how his company would handle them. Although his was not the lowest bid, I knew this was the best company for this job. I was not wrong! The professionalism of all the employees who worked on this project was amazing. Not only was each individual obviously skilled, they worked together as a very efficient team. There were two change orders to the project. These did not come as a surprise as Juan made sure I was fully informed as the job progressed.One change order was an upgrade in materials for the steps and landing. By the time the old roof had been removed I had decided that I would stay with this companyfor my next job, new siding and windows for the entire house. The second change order was to have the carpenters already on the job installs the rakes prelijminary to the siding job. I've been excited about every aspect of this project so far, but the actual roof installation was amazing! The crew od seven plus a foreman arrived around 7:00 am; before 4:00 they were gone. The job incuded my house (a two-story colonial style structure), a connected one-story sun porch and breezeway, and a one-car garage. They protected everything with sheeting, and they cleaned as they worked. They swept the porch and raked the yard - everything was cleaner after they left than it was when they got there."

"The result was fantastic. Went extra steps to take care of things. Had the whole house and garage done. Very efficient, diligent and detail-oriented crew. Got 4 quotes and these guys were in the middle. Went with 50 yr GAF HDZ architectural. Clean-up after was great. Company communication was good. I'd recommend them. Had to have 5 sheets of plywood added or replaced. At $75/sheet (1/4 or 3/8") it seems a little excessive but I understand overhead costs. All good."

"United Home was excellent.  They are very professional and really know what to do.  Our roof had been done by a builder iin 2007 and we had leaks and mold issue.  United stripped the roof, took off all plywood with mold and put new roof on.  They were very quick and were wonderful.  In my opinion there is no one better.  Their knowledge about all products, be it roofing, or siding or windows, etc. is exceptional. "

"Our building is over 100 years old and located on a small lot at a busy intersection without off-street parking. Sprague was one of only two or three companies that were willing to work on our gutters. We are so glad we hired them. They did a fantastic job. I would say that this was one of the best experiences we have ever had with a contractor. Unlike other contractors we have hired, Sprague did not employ subcontractors. Every person with whom we interacted was personable, accessible, and highly skilled. Mark, the original contact person, made several visits to our building and attended one of our monthly coop meetings to give a detailed presentation on the various options available to us. Our new gutters are beautifully crafted of heavy, high-grade copper, expertly installed, and guaranteed to work for decades. I am confident they will keep us dry for many years to come, and they look gorgeous.
