"made a handshake contract wanted money when crew started (mistake) equipment would not work on first day on job seems to be a common event. He did not complete drive as we had agreed upon. He made multiple commitments to be here and did not show till he was called out. He personal came out and completed half of the unfinished work. complained to spouse that I was to pushy and needed to realize that it takes time and he couldn't always follow up on rescheduled days. I got a good price but no follow up and leaves a very bad taste in my mouth. workers left the yard a mess no clean up of there personal trash. What he did appears to be a quality job but don't give all the money before he completes the whole job. Will probably have to get job finished some other way with additional cost out of my pocket. "We are seniors who had foundation and floor support work done by AccuLevel. Soon after they got paid we started finding more & worse problems arising from their work than what we originally contacted them for. The floors they ?fixed? were not level and started heaving like a roller coaster, many of the doors do not open or close properly, our finished floors are squeaking & popping up all over and the foundation is shifting & leaking more that it originally did. Twice they sent out servicemen to fix the problems by making adjustments; that only made it worse. The last service man said that the problems were bigger than he could handle alone and would set up to have a crew come back in warm weather to make the needed repairs; that hasn?t happened yet. We found out that much of the work was done wrong and not done as per the plan and specifications or what our salesman told us would be done, the materials we were quoted, paid for and supposed to be used were substituted and never instal"

"Do not do business with Mr. Level Stay away from Kyle Mr. Level Lousy ,unprofessional. Did not level properly. Reported issue and his employee came 07/02/2025 and spilled caulk all over pebble stones did lousy caulking instead of leveling the slab. Third time Kyle came 10/14/2025 ,showed him uneven slabs and caulk spilled by his employee and lousy work. He started to accused me of spilling caulking. Do not do business with Mr. Level"

They arrived in full force, ready to go. Everyone was friendly and professional. The Foreman and his crew all worked well together. The whole process was well orchestrated. "The overall seal coat covered the driveway just fine. However my issue is with the hot crack sealing. I paid an additional $135 as per written agreement to seal cracks. I’m not sure how they pick and choose which cracks to seal. I was away for the weekend and when I returned I was highly disappointed to find that only some of the cracks were sealed and others which were quite obvious to me were not even addressed. I’m not an unreasonable person and obviously didn’t expect every single crack to be sealed but they certainly could have done a much better job. When I called to ask if Dave, presumably the owner, could stop by I was told by the secretary she would leave him the message. Several days went by and he never showed. I called back and she told me he was already here and everything was fine he didn’t k kw what I was talking about. I told her that seemed funny to me because I have security cameras and never saw him here. I called two more times for a total of 4 and never saw or spoke to Dave. If you are looking for a simple sealing job I suppose they do an adequate job. But if u need to get driveway cracks sealed look elsewhere. I definitely don’t feel I got $135 worth of cracks sealed and Mr Hunter didn’t seem very interested in coming out to look at the work his employees did."
