He removed the old springs and installed new one including cable setup and Spring setup until it achieved perfect balance. He also put new rubber on the bottom of the door. He diligently inspected the issue with my garage door, explained the issue clearly and concisely and advised on cost without being pushy to initiate the repair. I had several companies provide an assessment (all of the price estimates were within a few dollars, except for one that tried to upsell). Ecostar / Mike was, in my view, the best. He had the repair completed quickly and tested out the garage door several times to ensure that there were no lingering issues. There were none. I very much appreciate the work and would hire mike again. "
