"I hired Rob after talking to others about his work. He met with my wife and i, we discussed what we wanted and was thinking about. He provided a written quote and a timeline of the project. Before starting i had more questions which he went over in detail as well as made suggestions which made the end result amazing! Him and his crew were polite, respectful of time and of our house. Their attention to detail is first rate. Items like picture framing the stairs so as not to see end cuts of material, using material to get the edge of the steps covered so its not just wood, making drains for the hogwire so water cant sit in the wood, etc. To me these are things that separate them from others"

Jason repeatedly assured me that work was progressing and that issues would be resolved, but many of these promises were never fulfilled. Workmanship fell well below professional standards: siding installed out of level, missing flashing, improperly installed house wrap, and damaged materials used. The jobsite was unsafe, with debris and nails left around the property, causing damage and multiple punctured tires. The price was fair. The problem was his unwillingness to correct mistakes if it reduced his profit. He requested progress payments while work remained incomplete.
