"Sergio was excellent to work with. Always friendly and easy to talk to . He explained what he was going to do, what material he was going to use and actually came out early to start the work. I was able to access his website to see other jobs he has completed and so I had a good idea of what my fence was going to look like. He finished the work in one day and had everything cleaned up and the old fence hauled away. Afterwards he went out with me to inspect the final results and showed me some of the techniques used to get the alignment right. This fence is going to last a long time and will probably never be a problem again for me. <br />"

"<p>I was given "the big sales spiel" and he required payment <strong>before</strong> he began the job. He took no measurements, but charged me for cleaning 1200 sq. ft. of wall-to-wall carpet in an 1800 sq.ft. house. In fact he only cleaned the center of the rooms and around furniture, never moving anything. There is a California King sized bed in the main bedroom that takes up most of the room. Only the perimeter was cleaned. I later discovered an area next to the end of the sofa that was literally black from a spill. It hadn't been touched. He claimed the job would "be perfect".</p> <blockquote> <p> He claimed that he would "do the baseboards" (whatever that means) which he couldn't have done without moving the sofa out. He said he would clean the window and door tracks. Didn't. He talked about a "complementary car wash", but nothing materialized. Although he used a fan for a short while, it still took overnight to dry. The most shocking to me was the price, and the fact that I paid it. The most I have ever paid, and for better jobs, was $300. I can only advise others to get other estimates before committing.</p> </blockquote>"

"I highly recommend Don and H2o Proofing!  Our large 29 year-old house had a concrete tile roof and, for years now, many problems with roofing leaks.  I spent thousands of dollars with different reputable roofers trying to fix the problems.  Don was referred to me as a specialist in difficult water leak problems. <br /> From his first visit, he impressed me with his experience and knowledge, with very clear explanations about details in the original <br /> design that led to problems, and why some of the past fixes didn?t work.  He was flexible in attempting a repair but honest enough to recommend considering a roof replacement as the best way to make sure all underlying problems were addressed.  We had a very detailed discussion about modern materials, and ultimately I decided to replace our tile roof with premium composite shingles. <br /> His crew started work on our house right after Labor Day.  They were punctual, courteous and dedicated to doing a quality job.  There was no stray damage to the house and they left our site clean every evening.  With the tile roof off, there was extensive dry rot to the decking and eaves ($8000 worth of work here).  His carpenter did an excellent job, duplicating some very complicated structures perfectly.  <br /> The new shingle roof was installed and looked great (I was very concerned about the change in appearance).  Our house is stucco, so the job included cutting out the stucco at the walls all around the house, sealing the liner, reapplying stucco and painting, which, along with the new eaves and trim came out perfectly.  We also replaced all gutters. <br /> Through this all, Don was always available when I had questions or issues and immediately communicated with his team.  <br /> This big job took most of 4 weeks of constant work.  The end results were fantastic then, and now, after multiple big rains, every leak issue was fully fixed.  Don was smart about what needed to be done and made it happen.  Roof work is not something you want to do over and over again ? get it done right the first time with H2o Proofing.  I recommend  Don and his team unconditionally.  <br />"

"Steve Vaden has been our contractor for several projects. This time he replaced very old siding on a side of our home that faces weather/sun, and repaired some issues underneath. He also replaced and trimmed out all new windows on that side, including paint. He also made repairs to the staircase leading up to the upper level, and painted everything -- trim, siding, etc., beautifully. He is always very professional, timely and courteous.
