"Bought a new washer and dryer recently. The sensor in my new dryer told me that the vents needed cleaned. Hired Irish Mist to come do the job. They came out and told me that they were unable to get in the roof but would get the vent clean from inside. They â didâ the job. The dryer still gave me the same error code. I then called Irish Mist again for them to come back to finish the job. They scheduled a follow up appointment and never showed up. Hired another company who scoped the vent and showed me a large clog at the exhaust exit. They then got in the roof and ensured all aspects of the job were completed. They get 3 stars on their work because they cleaned most of the vent. The technician was respectful. Customer service was fair, except for the not showing up again part (which I took work off for). Unfortunate."

For instance if a service requires that they don't want me to use any harsh chemical cleaners in their home (for instance bleach) I can obtain plant based alternative cleaners for that specific job. He explained up front what he thought should be done and how much everything would cost. It was evident that Tim was very knowledgeable in this area, which I found out that he is actually an instructor that helps to get people certified in this industry. The price Tim charged was very fair and he is worth every penny. I paid Tim less than the large company charged me and he spent twice as long cleaning the dryer and dryer vent. There is no need to look for any other companies, if you find a lower price I guarantee they are not going to do a good job. Having a clogged dryer / dryer vent can be a fire hazard and/or cause carbon monoxide poisoning. After having Tim out you will be reassured that your home and family will be safe."

"They put on a vacuum gauge on and they run it through to make sure the vent is clean. They do that for free. If they have to clean it then they charge you. They are very reliable and it's no problem."
