"I appreciated that they came out right away even though they do not normally work in this area. They were really quick and did an awesome job. I wonder though - they estimated the job at 3 hours and gave me a price which I did accept as fair but they finished in a little over an hour. Not sure if they estimated correctly or wanted more money for the job. It would have been better to just give me a price which was more than fair and not give me the hours that they expected that it would take"
