He and his crew went above and beyond the call of duty to make sure that all of our special requests were met (for instance, after they installed the JBoxes supporting the lights, I didn't like the proportions, so they got bigger JBoxes and graciously replaced them). When the work was done, Serge did a walk through with us, noting our concerns about little details, and then his crew took the time to polish and tweak every single corner of our house to perfection. "The chimney work took two days (less than I thought) and he did a great job in our price range!  I was impressed that he gave us several options on what could be done.  He worked fast (I wish I had half his energy) and knew what he was doing.  He was respectful of my time and showed up within minutes of when he said he would, got to work and stayed with it to get as much done during the day as he could.  The chimney looks great and I'm very satisfied with his work.  I have hired him again to do some plumbing work for me and was totally satisfied with that job as well.  I would recommend him for any work around the house that you may have - he's definitely worth the call.

The people (from the customer service reps to the billing to the drivers) have all been honest and realistic with expectations, answered all of my questions and never charged me more than what is advertised on their website. Patricia and Victoria have gone out of their way to return my many phone calls on the weekends too. You just don't get customer service these days anymore like the bullbag provides.They came when they said they would, did what they said they would do and did it professionally and pleasantlly. It is a pleasure working with such an honest and reputable company. Especially since the dumpster industry has not been know for this! "After countless estimates and proposals from other contractors, I met with Rich and walked him through the extensive work that had to be done to the foreclosure my husband and I purchased in March of 2014. Rich was the only contractor that came back with a detailed list of all the jobs as well as itemized pricing per job at a very reasonable price. Because of the significant work that had to be done to the house - Rich worked on the house between May 2014-October 2014. (we recently re-hired him to come back and build a wooden walkway for outside the house which he is working on as I type this.) "We recently had a complete roof replacement. Before proceeding, we did comprehensive research of area companies and Vista came out on top, with good reason! All appointments were not only on time but were extremely punctual. We met first with Product Specialist Holly, who was enthusiastic, very knowledgeable and helpful. While at our home assessing the proposed job, Project manager Rick explained the entire process in layman's terms. The day of the job, Project Supervisor Marc arrived early and went over the entire job with the crew. All company representatives left us with a business card with their cell #'s to call if we required anything. The installation crew was amazing. They arrived early and began immediately. They were no nonsense, very focused and, worked like a well oiled machine. All Vista team members were polite and respectful of my special request to be cognizant around some of my more cherished trees & shrubs.
