"Mark from Mass Appliance called within a couple of minutes of my request. He arranged an appointment that fit with my schedule and arrived on time. He tried to repair my clothes dryer but the cost of the repair would have been so expensive that it wasn't worth repairing (the dryer was old and had been bought used several years ago). Mark offered me a dryer at a very reasonable cost and returned the next day to install it. As part of the installation, and for the cost he quoted, he also replaced our old vent with a fireproof one (our old one was plastic), hooked up the dryer, made sure it worked, gave me a warranty, and took away the old dryer. All in all, this was an excellent service experience. I am happy with the work and would recommend Mark to anyone needing appliance work or a new or used appliance."

"Great experience. Harmond W diagnosed the issue within the first 10 minutes of our interactive video session. He immediately followed up with the part number of the part which had likely failed and a link to Sears PartsDirect to order the part. After our session I removed the wall oven from the kitchen cabinet enclosure, found the suspected part, and confirmed it had indeed failed (as we had discussed during our session. I just ordered the part, and will plan to complete the oven repair when it arrives in a week or so. I'll definitely plan to use this Neli service again when needed."

"We put off doing this project for a long time because it was a major renovation and we were worried about making the right decisions.  We were fortunate to find Todd because his combination of experience and professionalism was exactly what we were hoping for.  Todd was great to work with!  He had good ideas, helped guide us to make kitchen design choices, and asked for our input on every aspect of the project. We could not be more pleased with our new kitchen!
The following is a list of everything that was included in the labor estimate:
Prep areas with plastic walls to contain dust as best as possible, move appliances, remove existing cabinets and countertops, take down existing drywall to the studs and down to strapping on ceiling , remove existing floor tiles , install new patio door and window, insulate walls, hang drywall, tape and mud or plaster walls and ceiling, create new openings in wall between kitchen and front room and wall at foot of stairs, prime ceiling and walls, install new cabinets, install new window and door trim,
install new tile floor, install tile backsplash, remove all debris, be on site when inspector comes to sign off on different phases of job.

"

When they came out they told me the compressor needed replacing in the refrigerator and it would cost $800.00

plus labor. They also told me I needed 4 new igniters for my gas stove burners. I was quoted a price of $20.00 - $30.00

per igniter plus labor. It cost me $89.00 for the estimate on 8-31-2015. I was told they would contact me when the parts

came in .They came back on 9-16-2015 to repair the burners. I had been expecting a quicker return date. I don't see why it took over two weeks to get 4 igniters. The igniters were replaced quickly and I was charged $181.25 for parts and labor. It seemed to me to be a little on the high side but I didn't question it at the time. When I looked at the receipt later to figure out how much I was charged  for parts vs. labor the receipt was not itemized so I could not tell. My main complaint is that less than two weeks later on

9-27-2015 one of the burners failed to lite again. I would not expect that to happen. I will

have to contact them and hope I don't get charged again to come back out and look at it again. If I do get charged for another house call I will not be using them again.

"Working with Sara at the Kitchen Center was fantastic.  I was nervous about the cost of a new kitchen and overwhelmed with the details of a new layout.  Sara was full of good ideas and she was so patient with me as we worked through planning my new kitchen.  I compared prices to the kitchen company who originally installed our old kitchen and the Kitchen Center prices were comparable.  I gave the price a B rating above only because it isn't cheap to redo a kitchen, but paying for quality cabinets is so worth it!  It took me a few weeks to make a final decision on what I wanted, but when I finally did, Sara made sure that the delivery and installation of the cabinets was on schedule and kept me up to date.  The installer was very professional.  He was a perfectionist and he did an amazing job.  Overall, we are thrilled with our new kitchen!  We love the Wood-Mode cabinets, the pull-out shelves, and some of the nice bells & whistles that are available with quality cabinets.  I would certainly recommend Kitchen Center to anyone who needs a new kitchen or bath and would like to work with a team of designers who are professional and knowledgeable.  "
