"Excellent repair job with absolutely no complaints. This review is after posting a 3 star review a few days ago for not returning my phone calls. I was contacted on Monday and given an apology with explanation that the company had been short staffed and had tried to contact me earlier, apparently the call going to my Spam box. On 12-14-22, Tyler arrived at 11 AM and immediately went to work to locate the trouble with my underground dog fence. Apparently several breaks were located and repaired, about a 2 hour job. Tyler was very professional and apologetic for not getting out sooner and reduced my service bill by 50% for any inconvenience experienced. I tried to remove the earlier comments posted a few days back but was unsuccessful, thus this new review. Outstanding and pleased with the repair."

"It started out rocky when an entire section of my fence showed up as the wrong type, but they resolved this and had the new correct part shipped to me free of charge. Unfortunately we purchased our fence late in the year, and did not get to start it until the following summer. We attempted to inventory the parts when it arrived (this how we found the incorrect fence) and thought it all to have been there. We didn't have the room to unpackaged it if we weren't going to use it immediately, as it's nicely wrapped on a pallet. When we unpackaged it finally, we found that only a single 12ft (2x6ft sections) driveway gate was sent. Due to the way the man-gates were packed, we had them mistaken as the second drive gate. While I know it has been a long time and have plenty of photos of the order when it arrived, still on the pallets, and now unpacked, they refuse to make this better. They refuse to supply a $750 drive gate that I PAID FOR! Customer service was incredibly rude to me and refused to listen to logic. I suggested that they do the math for how much that pallet should have weighed and then look at the shipping slip and they'll clearly see that it does not match. She just insisted that it said shipped. We'll, it also said that the correct fence was shipped during the first time, so their accuracy isn't too great. I will be pursuing this until I have my drive gate."
