I had a leaky skylight. The other contractors I saw never even gave me an estimate to repair what I thought was a simple leak. Antonio laid it on the line. The 2 skylights needed to be replaced. It took me 1-2 months before I decided he was right. The plastic skylights were 32 years old and my neighbors had theirs replaced a number of years ago. When I figured the cost of the materials involved (former accountant) and the labor (4 men, 1 day) I realized the price was very reasonable.
