"We thought our solenoids needed to be replaced, and that we had several lines broken. It turns out that we just needed to have our sprinkler box plugged into the wall (as opposed to a timer that had been turned off....duh) and one of the pipes replaced. The job I thought would be $4,000 turned out to only cost us $75.00 - mostly for the service visit. AJ was professional and extremely helpful, and helped program our box for better watering. The only issue I had (and it was a very small one) was that I was given a four hour time frame, but no one confirmed that I was on the schedule after my initial appointment was set over a week before. After not hearing anything, I called to make sure I was still on the schedule - and sure enough, he showed up right after I called, as he was en route. I would only recommend a confirmation via phone or email or even text to make sure customers don't miss the appointment, as I understand missed appointments incur a fee."

"The service was fine.  We were re-seeding parts of our lawn, so they suggested we wait a week or so until they emptied their tanks of the pre-emergent they were using at the time.  Then later after the week or so had elasped, they called again a week ahead of our appointment to set up a time that they could come, and then again the day before arrival to confirm.
