As an example: Even though my basement was already plumbed for a bathroom, they jackhammered it out, replumbed it, and repoured the concrete. Just to buy me a few extra inches in the bathroom. It made all the difference too as the bathroom is quite small. They found a way to make it larger with hard work, even though it wasn't included in the price. They did it because it was right for the project and had respect for their work.
