"I called Jessie and described our problem which was a metal outdoor railing that had a potion of it rusted through at one of the ends. He asked that I text him pictures and he would either give an estimate in reply or schedule an appointment to assess the damage. I heard back from him with a bid and said he could start the following morning. Jessie's communication with us was exceptional which unfortunately is quite rare. He arrived the following day at the time he designated and immediately got to work. He cut out the damaged portion of the railing, cut and welded in the new piece and reattached the end of the railing onto a vertical wooden structure where the railing terminated. The finished product was literally better than new with new drain holes drilled along the bottom of the entire rail to prevent and rusting in the future. Jessie is very pleasant and easy to work with. He did an excellent and professional jot. I highly recommend him to anyone looking for this type of service."

"They say that pictures are worth a thousand words. I could tell you how once Aaron Capello (the salesman) took our bid, and our money, we never heard from him again. I could tell you how a quoted 6-week bid turned into an almost 6-month job. (The bid was for 4-6 weeks out. The fence was installed 6 months later) I could tell you how Brie, the "scheduler" was put in charge of our job and contacted my mom once; every other time we had to call her. I could tell you that the job boss rescheduled multiple times, and never showed up on the days he said that he would. I could tell you how we ordered and paid for, REINFORCED Vinyl, as the fence is bordering a horse pasture, yet what was installed is a cheap material and feels like if a strong wind comes along it will blow it over, and there is absolutely ZERO reinforcement. I could tell you how the custom gate, which we spent extra to have built, is not reinforced, has some flimsy piece of vinyl across the backside that is only decorative and NOT reinforcing, and that the gate itself only needs a little pressure and it's already coming apart. I could tell you how the End post that was installed for the existing chainlink fence is NOT an end post, but a center post, and still does not have a top on it. Or how said post is not attached to the vinyl fence. Or how the workers failed to stretch the existing chainlink fence so that it sags. I could tell you how neither the gate nor the fence is LEVEL. I could tell you how NO ONE has come back out to the property to look at the fence after we notified them of all the issues. (Now over a month later) Or, I could just post pictures and you can decide. "Dylan was easy to work with! He planned out the project and let us have samples so we could mull-over what materials we wanted. Matt was the builder and the deck looks great! We are very happy. Matt did a great job. We have really appreciated him involving us in the project decisions. As you know, there are always minor issues that pop-up when you get down to the nitty-gritty of the build. Some builders we have had in the past just make their own decisions and go on. Matt was great because he would come and involve us in the decisions so we had a say-so in the overall look. He even made a few adjustments for us to accommodate some of our "old people" needs, and he would give us time to think about what we wanted; no on-the-spot decision-making! Consequently, we are happy with every aspect of the deck, with no buyers' remorse here!
