They were able to come within a couple of hours. Looked at the issue and immediately knew the problem. It was actually how I had filled the refrigerator with company coming and not anything to do with the unplugging. They were considerate, professional, and quickly resolved the issue. I have had Wyman works respond as a part of our Home Warranty but this was outside the Home Warranty. In all cases, they have been a joy to work with. I cannot recommend them highly enough. Responsive, professional, extremely considerate, and more than competitively priced. I hope I don’t ever need them, but knowing they’re out, there brings a sense of calm when thinking about potential problems with our appliances. "

"YES HVAC scammed me out of $2,500. When I had my furnace & air conditioner replaced last year, YES failed to mention that Carrier (both my heater & AC were Carrier brands) was running a promotion that if you replaced both a furnace & an AC system with Carrier products, they would give you a cash rebate of $2,500. YES HVAC simply did not inform me of the company rebate program; instead, they just took the money from me without my knowledge. I eventually found out about the rebate later when I replaced the second full system in our house. Obviously I went with another more transparent/honest company the second go around. When I discussed the situation with YES management (even providing them with the written proof from Carrier Company of the rebate program), I still have heard nothing further from YES. My suggestion is to go with the competition rather than YES HVAC; it cost me a $2,500 rebate, what will they scam you out of?"
