"We purchased a deal on Angie's list for a 3-person moving team and truck for 4 hours (for $279).
We were selling our home, so we did not have an official move date when we bought the deal and I had emailed them with a date range, but received no response. A few weeks later, we had a firm date and reached back out to settle things. Getting ahold of the company to schedule the actual move date was a little challenging (i.e., called multiple times with no answer, voicemail inbox was full, etc.). When we did get in touch with them, they didn't have time to talk right then, but told us they would call us back in a half hour or so (they actually called back a few hours later). They were available for our desired move date, which was great. They told us they would call us to remind/confirm the day before the move, but never did (unless they were going to do it pretty late that day). A little nervous, we called them to make sure it was still happening and they confirmed.
They showed up a few minutes early, which we thought was great. However, there were only two movers instead of the promised three. The third never materialized. That was a little confusing and they never so much as mentioned it.
The move itself went well. We had already moved all boxes down to the garage and only had the furniture in the house, just to help it go quickly and stay within our 4-hour allotment. If we hadn't already moved the boxes, though two movers would not have cut it. There were a few items that the movers placed in another room as they were taking stuff out that they then forgot to put in the truck, so we had to move those ourselves later. 
Otherwise, the two movers were efficient and professional. The truck and tools were surprisingly clean. They handled some cumbersome furniture items really well and did a great job packing and subsequently unloading the truck into our storage unit.
Not sure if we would pay full price for moving services (with any company, not just Mighty Butlers), but this deal worked out for us. We were confused that the team provided was not as advertised, but, because we had prepped well, it didn't prove to be a huge issue for us.
Our recommendations for improvement are simply more responsive communication and delivering on advertised deals/terms, especially as other customers may actually need all the people and hours they paid for.
