"Do not buy from this company!! The salesperson will be nice and make a lot of promises about having 24 hour support. Do not believe it. When you call to schedule the annual $200 maintenance they will be friendly. But if your chair suddenly stops working trapping your relative they will be rude (their calls are obviously not monitored) and you?ll be very lucky if you get someone to come out at the end of the day. And if they try to get you off the phone by telling you they?ll get it scheduled and call you right back don?t be fooled, we were told that, called again and there was no record that we?d previously called."
