Get matched with top elevator installers and replacers in Dallas, TX

"After deciding to put in an elevator in our 25 year old home, I got five companies to give me estimates. After meeting Kelly Dennis and riding in an Easy Climber elevator, we selected Universal Elevators as the best for our situation/location. Kellyâ s install was the best. His attention to detail was amazing. He draped the area and cleaned up every day. He moved AC thermostat, ceiling light fixture, smoke alarm and installed a power plug for the elevator. All of those moves look great. The final result of our elevator is something that is not only functional, but really looks good in our house. I highly recommend Kelly Dennis/Universal Elevators for your elevator install!"

"I am writing this review to relate my experiences for not only identifying a suitable stairlift for my purpose but choosing a company who could deliver and install this product. My quest began in attempting to determine which specific manufacturer along with which model would fulfill my needs. Given the multitude of manufacturers this byitself was a daunting task. I reached out to multiple suppliers representing different product lines for an in-home evaluation and subsequent quotes. This provided valuable insight as to which companies I felt were capable of delivering not only quality but had the resources to service the product in the future. After considerable due diligence and numerous consolations, I settled on the Bruno Elan SRE-3050 straight stair lift to be supplied and installed by Ascend based in Carrollton TX. The first indication that this company was truly customer centric was the response to my initial inquiry by their representative Christina Gurvin. Her introductory le"

"Everyone he hired to do the work was excellent. He hired different people to do the work.  They were all nice people.  They had to put up new walls, roof, flooring, painting, paneling, doors, windows, and replaced a ceiling fan and everything for my bedroom, since a lady drove a car into my bedroom.  Everyone was really nice and good except for him. Most of the people were contractors that he hired, but he did have one person that did work for him.  It took 2-3 months to do this room because he would start this job and then leave and go to another job and work."

"No words can't describe how great-full my husband and I are for Kathy and her crew. We had just bought our new home and we discovered a few issues all in regards to water, either from the pipe leaks or heavy thunderstorms that have caused damage to our home in the first two weeks of living here. My husband and I immediately try to look for help on Angie's List and we came upon this company. Reading the reviews from others has given us hope we would be in good hands. And we were right! Working with Kathy and her crew have made the whole process easy and gave us, the homeowners, a peace of mind that the work was being done right. Kathy and her crew explained the process of the work thoroughly, which we made us feel confident that they work was being done right. So far, everything that this company has fixed, has worked! One of Kathy's crew members, Micheal, was very professional and he did excellent work on our home! They are very prompt in responding, respect our time and mindful of costs. My husband and I HIGHLY RECOMMEND Solutions for Independent Living, LLC for your handyman needs!"

This will NOT happen with us.\n\n#Speed: One of the biggest complaints customers have about contractors is that it takes way too long for them to finish projects. The company sends over workers for a couple of days and then they disappear for a couple of days, then they are back. Who wants their home or business disturbed for that long? We will start your project and stay on it until complete.\n\n#Quality: We use the best materials and best tradesmen. Our work is guaranteed for one year.

"When we first met with this company's owners, we were very impressed with their professionalism. Our project manager understood what we were looking for and made design suggestions with which we are very pleased. We are extremely happy with how the project turned out. The issue we had was the level of customer service and the amount of time it took to complete this project. A kitchen remodel which was suppose to take 2-3 weeks took 10 weeks. Most of the delays were due to poor scheduling of subcontractors and lack of follow up on orders for materials. The Project Manager made numerous references to how small a project ours was and we feel this attitude affected the service we received. This company is probably very good with large, expensive projects but they need to learn to deliver on their promises no matter the size or cost of the project."

"Erik Strader went above and beyond our expectations. He provided much needed information about the stair lift, including letting us know we could forgo the sales tax if we had a prescription. Clint and Kevin, the installers, took great pains to make sure the measurements were accurate and the lift was installed properly. Clint also went over the operation instructions and the maintenance instructions."
