"We found Landmark construction energy crew, after being frustrated in the past from other contractors. From the initial meeting that we had with Charlie, we were impressed. Their values of customer satisfaction and their deliver everything they said. Charlie was the manager of the work and he was on time for all the meetings that we had with him. He was very straight, kindly and motivated to be invited into our house. He came back and took all the measurements that he needed for the kitchen, asked us many questions about what we would like to include in the new kitchen and 3 days after, he brought us a 3D design for us to look at and see how it will most likely look like. It was exciting to see how fast they could generate a nice design. Charlie knew what he’s doing and we were sure he has done this type of jobs many times before. Their prices are reasonable. We wanted our kitchen finished as soon as possible, so we agreed with Charlie to start the following week. That gave us little time to buy all the appliances, hardware, countertops, tiles Etc… Charlie personally went with us to 2 showrooms where we picked out our tiles and countertops. He also helped us to search and buy all the options for the (sink, faucet, hardware and more…). To be honest, I was probably a nightmare type of work. We moved out of our place during the month of the remodeling and we were a little worried that something would go wrong and we would end up on a terrifying remodeling show. Now after this remodeling is over, we can say clearly that is nothing to worry about when Landmark construction energy crew are working at your house. Their workers was clean, friendly, willing to answer questions. I discovered that Charlie visits the job site every few days, but he too sincerely cares about your home. He always called regarding the schedule, timeline or if there was a problem that need to be solved. We asked for changes to the electric wiring after the tiles have been installed. Would I recommend them to others? Absolutely yes. We will refer this company to all our friends."

"Tony and his team helped us immensely. We met him originally during the design phase of our project and from that time on he was there to help from beginning to end. The project was approximately 700 square feet and included adding two new bathrooms, a master bedroom and a full remodel of our kitchen. Tony and his project manager Marcos were always here to give us updates and share ideas. They even helped us with finding the best places to go for supplies (tile, windows, counters, etc). Two of our biggest concerns was that we wanted to stay in the house while construction was going on and that the project finished on time. Tony was able to finish this large addition and remodel all while we stayed in the home and within a week of our original deadline. His team was always there working and were very professional. They showed up on time and proceeded to do the job. They went and picked up some parts to mount the outlet about 10 feet away from the panel in the garage. 2 to 3 hours they were done installing a 14/50 plug with a 40 Amp capacity. The car is charging at 20 to 25 miles per hour and the installation is very clean an out of the way. Exactly what I wanted. Good job!"

Well HD Lancaster location only had two of the HE toilets that I wanted, so the 3rd toilet was picked up in the HD Palmdale store. Joshua did all this with pleasure. He was on time, work was completed superbly and cleanup was on point. I will always call on Joshua for my Handyman needs..."
