"st.Mark came out to give me an estimate a few days before the work was done - he and a helper cleaned all windows and sliding doors peak windows in the living room were too high for me to do myself - iinterior glass on the sliding doors and peak windowws have solar film on them - windows on the back of the house had red clay dust and construction dust from a retaining was that was added in 2010.  Mark and his helper got all the dirt and residue off all windows and doors.  I am very very happy with the work done - still looks great after two big rainstorms - I would use Mark again and have no hesitation recommending him to friends.  Excellent work and very reasonable cost.  He called to confirm his arrival time during the day - no problems at all with his service - i am very satisfied.  Both he and his helper were very friendsly courteous and efficient. <br />"

"Very straightforward. Salesperson/designer made an appointment (we called), came out, worked with my wife to understand our specific requirements and design a system that would meet them. I removed old shelving in advance of the installation so that I could patch holes and paint over them; they could have removed the shelving and done patching, but I don't believe the result wouldn't have had quite the same finished look (no time for drying, sanding, painting). Installation was scheduled about 2 weeks after original design meeting, just the right timing for us. On the day of installation, they were delayed an hour or so by a truck problem, but sent extra installation people so that completion of the work would not be delayed. Crew was very professional, made some minor adjustments to deal with non-square closet walls, and did an excellent job overall. We are quite pleased with the results."
