"All About Plumbing are truly the best. They had done some of the gas work during a recent remodel under my contractor, and so when my basement flooded they were who I called. My contractor assured me I could trust them 100%. They showed up on a Friday afternoon and worked for hours trying to clear the sewer line. Unfortunately they were unable to do so. I was out of town but Michael was on the phone with me and called a restoration company for me and did what he could. They came back Monday and started the work on the sewer line replacement which was complicated. They were efficient, friendly, professional, and knowledgeable. The crew worked long hours for several days in pretty arduous conditions (a 9 foot deep trench). I can't say enough good things about this company."

"I met Richard Allbritton owner of Holy Water Plumbing almost a year ago. He installed a tankless system and installed an all house purification system at that time. Both of which was the best changes I could have made. My house regulator failed two days ago and I called Richard this past Monday (memorial day) even though it’s almost a year since I’ve seen him and even though he was away on vacation he still answered my phone call. He told me he was starting a large job the next day but he would find the time to come by. He came over and even though it was at the end of the day, when he was obviously tired and the replacement part that that he picked up that morning, new in the box when he installed it was defective he still took the time to return it to his supplier some twenty minutes away and returned with the replacement part and installed it just to keep me from being inconvenienced. Each day the crew showed up on time, worked hard all day, and cleaned up at end of each day; were respectful of property, and very professional, and pleasant to work with. They kept us informed of progress, and what was being done each day. During removal of old piping, they found additional damage behind the pipes that was not visible/identified during initial inspection- were very reasonable with determining the additional cost. They replaced damaged sills, old rotted floor joists, installed permanent support girders with masonry piers, installed a 10ml plastic vapor barrier, and installed multiple foundation vents. We are very satisfied with the results. Our floors are no longer bouncy, and floors feel very sturdy- was a dramatic difference after work completed. The 10 ml plastic Vapor barrier also has prevented that old damp smell inside the house after heavy rains. Was a good experience, and reasonable cost-(initial estimate $10,400, additional work required and we added foundation vent installation was $3800); would hire again."
