They were expensive, but of the few companies I spoke with, they made me feel the most reassured that everything would be done perfectly. They did high quality work with high quality materials. Nothing was rushed, they were very meticulous every step of the way, and made every effort to clean up each day. The project manager and sales person checked in with me throughout the process to make sure things were going well, that I understood what was happening, and to answer any questions I had. In the end I had a couple of minor aesthetic concerns and they were fixed immediately. I am extremely happy with my roof and hope to not have to think about it again for at least a few decades."

The owner, Andrew was easy to get in touch with and was able to come out early the following morning to take a look at exactly what I needed a quote on. After discussing a few different options for my house, he helped me make a decision. He made sure I was informed and understood everything involved with what needed to be done for the removal of the old roof, as well as everything involved with the installation. They handled all of the old roofs disposal and did not leave as much as a nail on the ground when they were done. Miguel and his crew removed my old asphalt shingles replaced several pieces of plywood on the roof built a cricket in front of my chimney to prevent leaf collection. Installed the new asphalt shingles installed new gutters replaced damaged soffit covered my wooden facia with metal and paint. Painted all the new work to match existing color! work was performed in a timely and professional manner and was inside my budget. I couldn?t be happier!"

"I was very impressed with Sentri Homes - their customer service was excellent. They sent a subcontractor to install some vinyl laminate in my bathroom and he ended up getting glue all over the carpet in our bedroom. The sub ended up ghosting both me and Sentri, leaving me stuck with a ruined carpet. Sentri stuck with me for over a month to get the carpet replaced with the identical original and to get the vinyl job 100% completed. The carpet was a Home Depot exclusive and Sentri handled everything with them. I will be using Sentri for a much bigger renovation I have coming up soon, because I know that they will make sure everything gets done right no matter what problems come up. The vinyl looks great too."
