"Overall pleased with the outcome one and product. It was a large patio pour with colored and stamped concrete. Within two days they came out and had plans drawn up with what we wanted. Very nice customer service. The biggest issue we had was that they tore out the old deck 2.5 months before starting to frame and pour the patio which left us without a back door. They did give us a refund on the back end to help compensate. They were very considerate on cleaning up the yard of mud, debris, and trash. Overall, great end state. "

"I highly recommend Mike and his business Inman ProWash. I have white siding and some brick on my house. The siding was looking greenish and grimy. The brick also had some oxidation. My concrete driveway and back patio also had some discoloration. Mike took care of all of it and I couldn’t be happier with the results and the value. His prices are very reasonable. He was professional throughout the whole process. I appreciated getting a call 20-30 minutes in advance of him coming for the quote walk through and to do the actual job. During the consult, I like that he walked the house with me and talked with me about what he could do. When he came to do the work, he also asked me to come outside a few times to check if I was happy with things. A few areas needed re-touched and I felt very comfortable talking about that with him. I can tell he wants to do the best job possible and wants his customers to be fully satisfied with the work when he is done. I highly recommend!"

"I chose this company because they'd done a neighbors' concrete and they were pleased with the experience and the sealant that was used doesn't change the appearance like most do. <br />   When I first contacted them they were booked ahead with big jobs. They could get to me by mid-June, but would fit my job in earlier if possible. They did, several weeks earlier. <br />   They cleaned my driveway, personal walk and patio, public sidewalk, and curb. Special care was given to the highly dirty/mildewed areas. I pointed out some decorative border stones and a repaired area that would be fragile and he took care to not damage those (or anything else).  <br />   They discussed whether the water-based or solvent-based sealant would be better given the age of my concrete (and the tendency to mildew). The solvent-based was used with special attention to those areas prone to mildew. <br />   They kept me well-informed re: what was being done and what I can expect going forward. <br />   I'm LOVING the clean look and also seeing water just bead up on top!! <br />   I didn't give an 'A' re: price, but it may have been competitive re: what I had done and the products/tools used. I hadn't gotten any other prices since I knew I wanted them to do it."

"Ron Lyvers met with me a month or two before the work was done to go over the job and prepare an estimate.  While I felt the price was high, it wasn't that much higher than the other estimate I received, and the rating for Suburban Painting Co. on Angie's List was better than the other painting contractor's rating.  I told Ron to proceed with getting us on his schedule, and he gave me a date. <br /> The only negative I can think of is that they did not arrive on the date given.  When I called, I was told they'd had two trucks stolen and that had put them behind.  I was given a new date three weeks later, and they arrived to start the work on that date. <br /> The Suburban team, two men, two women, pressure washed the entire outside of the house, then applied two coats of acrylic latex paint.  When they finished, the finish looked quite good.  I had one area where the side jamb of the garage door had some rot.  Ron and the job foreman recommended a way to proceed.  I took their recommendation, and the jamb turned out well. <br /> Ron told me the work would take a week, and it took exactly one work week from start to finish, Monday thru Friday. <br /> I am quite pleased with the job done by Suburban Painting Co. and represented by Ron Lyvers. <br />"

"I got quotes from three different painting companies: $380 with no explanation of how the work would be done; $200 with some explanation; and My Three Sons' quote of $297 with a calm, detailed and clearly presented plan for treating the rust and painting the vent. Owner Keith Zafren kept in touch with me by phone and email before he went to my house; after he looked at this very small project when he again explained what he would do and when he planned to do it; after he got the first coat on (and sent pictures); and when the job was finished. He even sent a picture of my pathetic porch and offered to write a quote for staining. Keith requested a partial payment for the materials, and within a week, the job was done. HUGE IMPROVEMENT. I would definitely recommend him and would use him again. This is the second time I've used Angie's List for finding and contracting with a service provider, and I have been thoroughly pleased with both."
