Charles Dewar is a stone mason and site manager for Charles Dewar, Stone Mason. Mr. Dewar grew up in Ballingarry, County Limerick, Ireland in his family's 200-year old castle, where he developed his love of stone structures and all things stone. His particular interests are fabrication of unique pieces and letter cutting. Mr. Dewar has an extensive background in fabrication, restoration and general stone masonry through a Central Kentucky stone masonry company where he got his start. There, Mr. Dewar spearheaded the stone fabrication and custom hand-lettering of that business and worked on noteworthy projects such as fabricating stone steps for the renovation of the Old Governor's Mansion in Frankfort, Kentucky. He also fabricated stone steps and foundation pieces for historic property renovations in Kentucky.
