"Ian does a top contractor who is also reasonably priced. Other contractors did not offer me the customized solutions for some unique layout issues. He had clear opinions, but he actively seeks understanding what the client wants. He was always prompt, reliable, and efficient. One time, I decided to make a last minute change in the synthetic deck color. He twisted arms to get the order changed , and I saw from the Timber Tech website that the new color was more expensive. When I offered to pay the difference, he said no because the guys he used to set the foundation were faster than he had budgeted in the quote! I have done many projects, and have never gotten that response. Ian Grant, the owner, is equally competent, honest, and ethical. On top of all this, he was the lowest bidder.
