Roofs can be very stressful, and in addition to the roof replacement, we had many issues with our soffits and fascia boards which had to be replaced due to rot. Every time they came upon a problem, they asked me to come out and showed me what was wrong. They did a professional, thorough job and we now feel very safe in our home. The whole company from the owner down is respectful to your property and self. They turned up on time and they all worked very hard. Their communication is also very good. If you called, they would answer the phone or get back to you the very same day. We would not hesitate to recommend this company to anyone."

"Don't hire them. In April 2020 Team Roofing NW installed a new Poly glass torch down roof with a 5-year warranty. 3-1/2 years later it leaked so bad that the ceiling caved in. The foreman came out & said that the crew did a lousy job & that they were going to replace it, which they did. By the next heavy rain, it leaked again. They came out a couple more times & could not find the leak. After requesting the repairs 3 times I had no choice but to I hire a different Company to replace the whole roof. When I called & emailed Team Roofing NW to request payment for the job another company had to complete, they ignored me. Unfortunately, the only option I have at this point is to take them to court."

"Everyone was professional and efficient - from sales to installment to follow up. I was thoroughly impressed! Due to scheduling, it took a few weeks to start work, so David, in sales, came by and put a tarp up to prevent more water from coming in from our leaking roof. That was a godsend since a few intense storms followed! Once the install crew arrived, they were careful to protect my landscaping and hardscaping, polite, and fast - they finished in half the quoted time! Afterwards, Zoe in their front office called me to check that everything went well and had someone come the next day to fix an excessive drip caused by an overhanging shingle. Love that customer service! Only negative feedback would be around their pricing levels that up the warranty protection. I figure the quality of their workmanship should be the same regardless of whether is paying them more or less and the materials are the same."

"Ricky was consistently open and honest during his assessment, estimation process and contract. He also demonstrated excellent responsiveness throughout the project. The crew conducted themselves professionally, arrived on time and performed their work to a high professional standard. They addressed all my ventilation issues, repaired the resulting damage, installed new gutters and gutter covers, fixed a rotted support beam, and added a Solatube. Upon completion, they returned to touch up the paint, ensuring everything looked well-finished. I appreciated their attention to detail. In comparison, I felt that the other two contractors bidding for my job were not able to provide the required services especially at his competitive price. I am very satisfied with the finished product and my decision to choose Ricky and HB Roofing, I would confidently recommend them to others."
