The price was close to the competitors. It ended up being more expensive but we had to have a lot of work done with the subfloor. The sales guy was very professional but the installer that came was a B. I'd give A for the sales guy and B for the installer. I would go to them again. The pricing seemed reasonable on buying the actual wood. The installer was very skilled but challenging to work with. If your floors need a lot of work in terms of leveling out a subfloor, they have very skilled people but they won't necessarily be pleasant to deal with. You'll be happy in the end with the quality of what they did."

A second working would have made the job go faster. And as it was, I had to help moving the refrigerator in and out. <br /> The only real problem with City Carpets' work was that the piece of vinyl, as provided by their supplier, was labelled with the wrong size!
