"It could have not gone any better!! Julio was professional, respectful and very hardworking. I’m always hesitant to allow strangers in my house but Julio made me very comfortable from the start. I had a list of things I needed done around the house and as he was completing them he will notice additional things that needed to be repaired (Loose step on stairs and adjusted the door latches). He went above and beyond of what was asked of him to do. He carefully explained the different options to make sure I was happy with the end results (positioning of light fixture/curtain rods, light switch function for ceiling fan light). "I requested an estimate to replace an opener for one door and add a sliding lock to the second. Ben B, the technician, diagnosed the problem and prescribed a much cheaper option to repair my opener. He was courteous, professional and worked quickly. He explained maintenance steps we should take in the future. Ben also installed a sliding lock to reinforce our second door. The office called me first to let me know the timeframe in which he would arrive and Ben called me when he was 30 minutes out.
