The team were accommodating and on time for delivery and installation. The owner came in person to verify the installation and fixed a small area to improve the look. "I am extremely disappointed with the owner of this company!!! I had a rock bed built and one of the stones has broken off. I have contacted him multiple times and was told that he would come by to repair it. I keep being told that he will come by tomorrow...but tomorrow never comes!!! I would have to say this is the worst customer service I've ever had. Buyer beware"

"The plants used were beat up and not in very good shape. So far they have survived but one tree looks like it might not make it. The irrigation didn't seem well thought out and multiple mistakes needed to be fixed. I asked Kevin to plant Esperanza plants with orange flowers and after the flowers bloomed yellow he stated he would send me a check for the plants. He never sent to check."
