He gave us several options that were all reasonable and made sense such as a basic level panel swap and a higher tier panel with lots of expandability including solar-ready. He also gave some additional add-on options such as grounding rods and stucco repair which was greatly appreciated although ultimately we did not use. Not once did Kevin try to pressure us into purchasing these additional add-ons which is greatly appreciated. Kevin is a respectful and does not get pushy. He arrived in a very professional truck with an additional electrician. Together they were able to get all the work done within one day with minimal disruption. I also really appreciate how clean the stucco breakout was as I have seen other electricians just take a sledgehammer and really leave the stucco in bad shape. "As other reviews have stated the office staff is not responsive. I called on February 1st and was told the estimator was not available and I would receive a return call. I waited 8 days without a call so I called again. The receptionist "Candice" was able to find my information but did not offer any explanation as to why nobody called. She said that they could have somebody out this afternoon and that it would be $185 for 2 hours of troubleshooting and any repair so I agreed. I mentioned Angie's List and the coupon on the page that was for electrical - $20 off service of $150 or more. She told me it was an old coupon for solar. I explained it said electrical then she said it was expired so I told her there was no date on it. Finally she said they were not part of Angie's List anymore and that they would not honor the coupon. Kylar and Keith were the 2 technicians who came. Kylar called ahead and told me when they expected to be here. They were punctual and friendly. They determined that it was not the breaker but that there was a short in one of the wires leading to the breaker. Unfortunately they were not able to determine where the wire ran so they just disconnected the wire that was causing the breaker to trip. (In their defense I had not been able to find any plugs or switches that were not working since the breaker had tripped). They handled the other issue quickly as well. I was happy Keith and Kylar but disappointed in the poor response from the office staff and the refusal to honor the coupon."

"I got a few estimates to get more power out to my studio. Everyone quoted me about 4K to upgrade my panel and get dedicated line out to my studion. These guys were to only ones that looked for a better/more economical solution. I sent a pic of my panel and he remembered that I upgraded my kitchen a while back but noticed that my electric stove had it's own dedicated line. He asked me, did you convert to gas when you remodeled? I said yes and he said, great, we take the line that was dedicated to the stove and we use that. It saved me $1500 and it worked perfectly.
