"With our first call, we were able to obtain an appointment to have someone give us an estimate to redo our front yard. Henry arrived right on time as promised. We discussed what we envisioned--adding stone to a column and a section of the front of the house, construct some steps leading down to sidewalk, construct new walkways, low maintenance plants with low water usage and lots of color. Henry asked us some questions and then got out a yellow tablet and drew a sketch. It was exactly our vision. He later sent us a computerized draft of the project. He also took the time to meet us at a nursery where he showed us plants that worked with our requirements and asked us to show him the ones we liked. The work started sooner than we expected. The CCL crews are all very polite and extremely hard working. They have a great work ethic. All our neighbors commented on this. They cleaned up after everyday's work and stacked their equipment and supplies out of our way every evening. The work took a month to complete. Henry came by most days to see how the work was progressing and to see if we had any concerns or questions. It was a very easy process. Henry was very patient with me since there were lots of decisions to be made; and I was unsure how to proceed. He steered me towards the right decisions, bringing multiple samples of everything--pavers, stone, etc.--so I could feel confident in my choices. We absolutely love the end result. Henry is very personable and easy to work with. He actually provided us with larger versions of a couple of trees we purchased and also gave us a couple of spotlights for free. His guys also installed our mailbox post, even though it was not in the contract. I would not hesitate one minute in using CCL again or referring them to friends and family. Choose CCL; you won't regret it!"

"The initial meeting was great! After a scheduling snafu, we rescheduled and Harold came out and looked at our yard, listened to our ideas, and took some initial measurements. We thought we was great! He even puts the whole yard into a CAD program before he designs it! <br /> He came back a short time later and took additional measurements. A week after the measurements were all done, he emailed us a quote and said that he also had some sketches he wanted to give us in person. The quote was detailed, but not itemized. It fell into the same price range as one other quote we had received. <br /> Well, the holidays happened and no forward progress was made. Once the new year had started, we called Harold multiple times over the course of a few days and got no response from him. We were looking forward to getting started with the project so his lack of response was frustrating. Finally, when we got in touch with him, he said he'd been really busy, which was understandable. Because we couldn't connect, he ended up leaving the plans in our mailbox. This was a fine arrangement, but without an verbal or written, detailed explanation of his ideas, the CAD sketches and quote alone left a bit to be desired, and because it was so hard to get a hold of him, I think we'll choose a different landscaping company for our yard. <br />"

"Rich did an excellent job. He replace the control valves with brass fitting, replaced the back flow device and rewired control valves to timing box. his work was explained to me and he was able to show photos of work completed in various stages. Rich and is assistant were excellent and very professional. Clean up was done well. I am ecstatic with the results and the water coverage my property gets with the work he performed."

"Very pleasant interaction with everyone at Bragar Landscaping throughout the entire process. Ken Bragar is able to explain the ramifications of all decisions that need to be made along the way. Everything was done according to approved plans (written descriptions as well as design layouts). Price points were discussed at every stage. Work was performed on time and with consideration for my schedule and home access. Work crews were very professional and quite nice. The results are everything I had hoped for when the job was first put out for bids. When a friend dropped by, all I heard were raves about how things looked. Neighbors' comments have been most gratifying, too! <br />"
