Mike promptly setup an estimate appt and he showed up on time that day. He patched the roof the following day and sent me a reasonable quote for a replacement. They just completed the job today (about 3 weeks later) and it looks great. They tore off all old roofing including the old skylight and replaced a vent for my range hood. All joints were well sealed and the roof looks great. They put down a layer of fiberglass underlayment and then the bitumen torch down roofing. They replaced all facad shingles as well. He ably supervised the team and communicated progress daily in person or by email/text or both.
