"Silverback Hauling promptly returned my call to schedule a time to haul away broken concrete and brick. They called before their arrival, and they arrived promptly at the scheduled time. They went right to work and 3 of them loaded and hauled away about 3 yards of material in about a half hour. All were very friendly and professional. "These guys were excellent! I'll definitely have them back for more plumbing needs. They (2 plumbers, Kyle & Ehsan) did a new toilet install with one I had delivered and removal of the old one for a flat rate. They worked efficiently, cleaned everything in the process, were professional, knowledgeable, kind, and checked what was necessary. They also did some trouble shooting they came across with the original positioning of the toilet placement in tile and a high flange. Instead of telling me they needed to redo the flange which would have cost a lot more, they worked on solutions which saved me from extra costs and work done. They looked out for me and not just trying to make a higher sale of labor and parts. I really appreciate how thorough they were and can see they are passionate about what they do. Also, they are reliable, called/texted promptly, and their communication during the install was great. They gave me a much better price than other plumbing companies and also put on shoe covers to come in the house. Highly recommended!"

"I am very pleased and even amazed at the transformation of my back yard. First, I must compliment Jesse, the landscape architect who designed my project. I had very specific "wants and needs" which he incorporated perfectly. The renderings and plans were excellent. The job supervisor, Leo, was very impressive. Even though he was overseeing quite a few other jobs, he never forgot any details or tweeks I wanted in my project. He was always very responsive. It took approximately 3 months to complete my project. I'm sure it would have taken other companies much longer as I saw happening when my neighbors had landscape work done at their homes. Many days there were 5-7 men on my job; they showed up promptly at 7 AM and worked very hard all day. They would also clean up the site at the end of each day. They were very experienced, as evidenced by the great work they did. I am a very particular person, so I closely watched the work being done. Santiago was often on-site and always checked the plans to be sure the job was being built as specified, He also expertly did much of the work himself. My backyard went from having very little useable or functional space to a place where I can easily entertain 50 or more people. When the job was done they did the final TLC, as Leo calls it, and they even washed my lower story windows and patio doors that were bordering the construction site. Final compliments to Jessica the office admin person and Richard the owner of the company. Unfortunately the photos were taken on a cloudy day and don't do the project justice."

"Tom Dandy met with us to discuss the project.  He was thorough in his assessment and was the only bidder to propose a french drain at the base of the retaining wall, a feature that we felt was important. His bid was not the lowest but it was quite competitive and we felt confident that his group offered the best quaility at reasonable cost.  After discussing several options with Tom, we upgraded the wall specification from plain, concrete block to a more decorative block (Country Manor from RCP).  Tom adjusted his proposal accordingly and again we felt comfortable with the cost of the revised project.  He also made some great recommendations for the steps at the end of the wall.  We signed off on the proposal and his two-man crew began work within a few days.
The workers were skilled and worked tirelessly.  They showed up on time and performed their tasks professionally.  Nothing seemed to daunt them, not even the numerous (and massive!) rocks they encountered in excavating the footer for the wall.  Not only did they complete a beautiful retaining wall on-time and on-budget, they also designed a great looking stairway that far exceeded our expectations.  We are very pleased with the results.  We look forward to working with Dandy Landscape in the future for additional projects involving patio covers and outdoor lighting. 
In brief, we found Tom Dandy and his company to be competent professionals who produced excellent results.  Tom is very easy to work with and we recommend him highly.
