"We sing the contract; the contractor came and measured the concrete stairs and existing broken handrail, and we got quote sing the contracts paid deposit and they came to install it just to see that the handrail they ordered was too small. Then they went silent for 2 months. It is October and we sing contract in August, we finally got response that the contractor got busy with larger projects...This is very disrespectful and non professional behavior."

They did everything the proper way, were very clean, punctual, and never cut corners. They even replaced all of the hinges for me.
