"UC Fence left us with a quality white vinyl fence at a fair price, nicely installed, and resolved our very few problems professionally and relatively quickly. Our job consisted of replacing 250 linear feet of falling down wood fence with 3 adjoining neighbors, a somewhat tricky hardscape issue, and the need to contain high-jumping cats. Their Sales Manager, Eric Prien, did an admirable job coordinating things with our neighbors (even one we were having trouble getting on board) including getting their payments for their share of the job, and he also took good care of us throughout the process. His estimate was fair & quickly obtained and he followed up with us a number of times as we moved closer to starting the job. The installation crew was knowledgeable, friendly, capable, on time, and clean up was pretty good. UC Fence is fully insured for liability & W/C and have all the necessary licenses and bonding. As in life, not everything is perfect â and this is especially true when hiring contractors to do a job you care about being done right. "On August 15, 2022 Johnny came over to spray the front yard with Roundup a weed killer. On August 22th He and his worker came with a weed/grass removal machine and removed 3" of grass. He then put a fabric lawn cover over the top of the dirt and hauled away the debris. He said it was an industrial strength lawn cover. I don't believe that is true because the weeds came through the fabric as the photos will show. On December 14, 2022 I contacted him via text and a photo asking him what happened? I didn't expect 4 months later the front yard would be full of weeds. I contacted him again on December 16 with more photos and asked him what he was planning to do. I never heard from him. Before hiring his company I asked him if he guaranteed his work and he assured me he did. Unfortunately, I didn't get a contract nor an invoice which I asked for but didn't receive."
