"Said Abdullah provided a very thorough and detailed review of the project in his follow up call to check the traps left by the insulation installers. He throughly reviewed the prior work and proactively added additional layers of protection. Great service from Said."

"We had a rodent infestation in our crawl space and insulation that had been installed upside down, a condition that can cause mold. I chose Atticare because they cleaned up the old insulation and rodent droppings, sealed entry points, sprayed to prevent mold, bacteria and viruses, installed insulation, and were clean. They cost more than other local insulation companies but I didn't have to hire a separate exterminator or worry about mold from the old insulation that was installed wrong. They arrived on time, answered questions and were very easy to work with. I would recommend them."

"Overall great service and hassle free. I would not hesitate to recommend them to others. We heard some noise from our attic and called Attic Professionals El came over to check out the situation and gave us an estimate. His estimate was lower than the estimate we got from the main competitor in this area. The whole process was very straight forward and easy - once you agree to let them do it, you set a date, and they come over and do the whole thing in one day. On the day of the appointment, three guys arrived in the morning. They removed all the insulation, did a check around the house, patched up any holes they found in the attic and around the house, and put new insulation into the attic. They were done by mid afternoon. They kept the house clean during the entire process; covering the floors, wearing suits, and protecting my stairs. They use this big vacuum that goes through your house so none of the insulation being removed ever gets exposed in your living space. In addition, there is a 1 yr warranty in case we hear any noise from the attic again or they didn't cover something up. The workers were courteous and professional."

"I obtained 3 bids via Home Advisor and 3 different companies showed up to quote it. As price went, Attic Elite was the middle of 3 bids, but I was the most impressed with the professionalism of the Attic Elite rep of the 3 who showed up. And Attic Elite provided the written bid electronically within a few minutes of leaving my home. I waited almost a week from another vendor and 2 days for the other one. Neither of the other 2 offered vacuuming, disinfecting, and deodorizing of my attic space. Neither of the others offered patching of holes for rodent infestation. I feel I got way more value from Attic Elite as compared with either the higher or lower other bids. As far as the work went, it was better than expected. They did insulation batts in the lower crawl space. Insulation batts in the ceiling and blown in to all of our (mostly stucco) exterior walls. After those hole patches in the stucco were done by Attic Elite, it was hardly noticeable other than needing paint. Here's what was beyond what I expected. My attic was full of 50+ boxes of stored items. I didn't need to remove them. They took care of it and neatly stacked them in my garage! Theyfoam sealed everywhere that vertical sheetrock met horizontal and anywhere there were gaps of any kind. That's something I wouldn't have thought of. They replaced damaged vent screens that had holes and foam sealed around them. They cleaned up after themselves like they were never there. From initial quote visit to when they were done, they were polite, professional, clean and thorough. No high pressure sale. They were done in less than 2 days. They had a standard price list and it was what it was, and they showed pictures of how they do what they do at the time they quote it. And provided pictures of every area as they completed each portion. As to what I had done, I'm really happy with it. Sure I didn't like spending the money, but my heater was running constantly before in the winter and the ac running all summer. We could always feel a breeze in the house if it was the least bit cold outside. Our hvac was always running resulting in high gas and electric bills. By the end of day 1, the ceiling and crawl space insulation was in and we already felt a huge difference and the heater wasn't running nearly as much. After the blown in walls were done on day 2, our heater was almost never running. Mind you, it was done in February and really cold outside. Since the install, we're leaving the heater mostly in the off position. What a huge difference. I'm not one to write reviews. But I wanted to take the time to write this one. I've already recommended Attic Elite to my neighbor and won't hesitate to recommend them in the future. Outstanding job. Worth the money. Highly professional. You can't ask for more than that."

"American Attic was everything they promised. Met with the owner , Sam, within a day to get a quote for removal of old insulation, rodent control and install of new insulation. He was professional and explained everything in detail of what was work was going to be done and how long it would take. We scheduled within a week at a reasonable price. His crew were neat, organized and finished on time! We were notified of some extra things that were found while they were on the job but were not pressured to have those things done. We recommend American Attic to friends or family and would definitely use them again."

"Cruz the Estimator was very helpful answering all my questions when I was trying to decide whether to hire Coast Bldg. Products. When it came time to make an appointment to do the installation of my attic insulation Dominic called to say they had a cancellation and could send someone out the next day. The two men Jose and Rickie were on time, friendly and did a great job. I will definitely tell my friends."

"I needed to fix ceiling insulation after a major leak into the living room. The insulation was pulled up to allow things to dry out, but the company that did the drying (Stanley Steamer) said they would not put the insulation back. I called Ace because of all the great reviews on yelp. The bid was $650. I accepted it, and an excellent workman arrived on time as arranged. Here is the rub: The workman was finshed in 1/2 hr (!!!!!), and my jaw dropped. I thought for the price must be going to take at least a few hours. I had agreed to the price, though, so I wrote the check, as well as an email to the estimator for the job explaining how distressed I was by this. The email was passed to the manager of the Sacramento office, who called me right away. He said he would have felt the same, and that he would tear up the check and give me a new price. We met the next week, and he charged me half of the original bid. He gave me my original check and took my new check for $325. Here is what you should know about the price: The invoice had two *Service* items: a *show up fee* of $250, and another called *Work performed as per quote. This was followed by a *Quote adjustment based on actual work* of -$325. I truly appreciate the businesslike approach to the work: On time, done right as best I can tell. I also appreciate the response to my distress over the clear miscalculation. In spite of this, I feel overcharged even at half the original quote. The *show up fee* should have covered everything, so the maximum bill should have been $250. There was extremely little work performed, even if it was done well and professionally. In retrospect, I have no idea what the estimator included in $400 for *Work performed as per quote.* What did Ace do wrong? The estimator should have seen there was less than an hours work involved and told me that the minimum charge would be $250 to show up. If there were other minimum charges, such as a minimum of an hour of work, those should have been explained by the estimator so that I had some basis for understanding the bid and the opportunity to decide that the price was possibly going to be too high. The estimator said nothing about this, and there was no detail in the estimate. I believe I have given a fair revue for this disappointing experience. Ace has excellent customer service, and as best I can tell, the work was performed well. The pricing at first was way out of line, and ultimately still seems to me to be too high. But the job is done, and I am sure if there is any reason to, Ace will stand behind their work."
