"I loved working with Dalcon. From the estimate and working with Zachary to the excellent wiring by Reggie and Christian, they are very professional. I had an ancient main panel replace with a newer larger main panel. In addition they added 6 new circuits. The main panel wiring was so well done that the inspector said he had not seen work that good in years. Dalcon is expensive but I believe that it was well worth it."

The supervisor assured me that my experience was not their normal practice and that they normally made sure to call if there was a change of plans. I felt that they were earnest in trying to make things right, so I agreed to give them another chance. I ultimately decided to select them for my project to replace sub panel and install outlets. The crew was excellent and professional. They showed up on time, were professional and friendly, took extra care to ensure work spaces were left clean. Their workmanship was excellent and they did a great job of cleaning up some messy electrical wiring that had been there before. As an electrical engineer, I also appreciated the crews knowledge of code and ability to explain the technical side of the installation. I would use them again."

"Ray gave me a call while I was in the process of finding an electrician to troubleshoot a wiring problem at our office space. I told him that some of the outlets were working while some of them were temperamental. Ray came to the office with a sense of urgency, and not only checked out the electrical panel, but looked at every individual outlet that was not working. He explained what the problem was in great detail, and was very confident that he could fix the problem, and scheduled for two of his workers to come out the following day to tackle the issue. They were able to fix it in about an hour, and everything is working perfectly now. I immediately asked for a way to give a review, so here I am right now. 10/10!!!"

"I contracted with Hector for two electrical projects. The first was for replacement of our 200 amp electrical panel. One problem I've had with contractors has been frustration at their lack of communication. Hector was always good at answering my calls, returning text messages, and keeping me informed. He did his work professionally for a reasonable price, so I hired him again to wire our shed. Again, he did the work professionally and kept me informed of his schedule. One area for improvement would be for him to pay more attention to what the customer says. Some work in our shed had been previously started with Romex installed through the studs. I told him this would need to be replaced with conduit per code. He again started installing Romex. He said he thought we would be installing sheet rock and it would cost more to change to conduit. But after I pointed out I had included flexible conduit in the written scope of work, he made the change with no additional cost or complaint."

"It went extremely well, except for a minor misunderstanding with the inspection date by PGE. I had to call them myself to set up the appointment; something I thought Val was going to take care of. At any rate, his work was exceptional and I'm thinking of giving him a call for some current electrical needs that I have. His attention to aesthetically pleasing and neat workmanship is his strength, along with an outstanding electrical fund of knowledge.
