There was no pressure sales on the front end and the sales people were extremely knowledgeable about the county programs available (HERO here in San Bernardino County) to assist us in owning the panels. The installers did a neat and professional installation, right down to painting the conduit to match the house. The system has been on for 6 months now and I have been closely tracking the daily production versus the usage at Edison. We have been spinning the meter backwards, even when running an air conditioner. (However, when it hits over 100 degrees, I expect that we will use more than we produce. This is expected.) We have had no service issues nor any malfunctions so far."
