"I hired Bay Valley to clean out one attic and blow in insulation to the two attics in my home. Joel came out and did a thorough inspection, explaining everything as he went along. the quote was reasonable and fair. Unfortunately, on the scheduled day the team was overbooked and although I had taken the day off, by the afternoon it was clear they would not have time to do my job. Knowing I was disappointed , they agreed to come the next day, which was Saturday even though they don't work Saturdays. Tony and Henry arrived in the afternoon and worked literally non-stop for hours until they got the job done. They were as clean as such a job allows for and when they left the debris was gone. I would recommend Bay Valley Insulation to anyone but I would also be sure everyone was in sync on the schedule."

Jeremy was punctual and respectful when visiting the property. He was able to quickly assess the current state of the attic and crawlspace and provide a fair estimate. He was also very knowledgable in advising me on additional steps that I could take to further protect my property. Jeremey also did a great job deciding on the type of insulation and vapor barrier that will be installed that would result in long term success in taking care of my property. Jeremy continued to be very responsive in answering my questions throughout the rest of the process. Omar was the foreman on site, he and the rest of his team were also incredibly respectful and worked diligently over the course of 4 days to finish up the project. Omar did a great job communicating work that had been completed each day as well as any observations he made in the attic and crawlspace. He and his team did a great job protecting the property while they completing their work. If I have any attic or crawlspace needs again I will absolutely reach out to Attic Pros and ask specifically for Jeremy, Omar, and his team. "I love this company! Garrett came to my home and assessed how efficient our current insulation, etc was. He was very informative and friendly — explained what we needed and how they could help. At the time, I decided to hold off and he never pushed the sale. When I was ready, he was quick to accommodate my schedule. His team: Angel, Luis, Tommy and TJ were great! They arrived early, were professional, courteous, kind, very helpful with my questions and were above and beyond to help fix things that I wasn’t even aware of. They also were more than happy to help with small problems that I had no idea how to fix. They worked quickly and cleaned up afterwards.
