"Water Heater Masters were top-notch! I called on a Saturday afternoon - they were available 9am Sunday morning to come and inspect and quote. They only had one guy working that day, but scheduled me for Monday morning between 8 and 9. At 8:15am I got a call with an ETA of 8:45, which was a really nice touch! Despite telling me it would take an entire day to install, they were done by 1pm. They also found some creative ways to do the install to avoid drilling through my stucco (for the exhaust vent and for the condensate run-off). Very professional and clean-looking install. These guys may not always be the cheapest around, and they recommended a top-of-the-line heater (which is what I really wanted anyway), but I'd much rather pay a little extra for that level of service and support. Thank you!"

"The technician was knowledgeable and professional in his quote process. However, he admitted that his firm would not touch the permit process and that would be 100% on the home owner. When I remarked that his pricing was significantly higher than the other bids, the discussion suddenly veered into car dealership mode. "Well, we're flexible on the price, but I'll need to call my manager first... can I see the written quote of the other guys?... are you prepared to place the order now?" It was an unfortunate turn since I really respected their insights on tankless water heater conversions up to that point."

"I don't know enough to compare (dollarwise) the tankless water heater I purchased to others in the market. I can say it's an impressive piece of equipment and is providing my desired level of service. I now have hot water throughout my home in seconds! AND, Dave impressed me immediately as a sound, honest, energetic business man and technician. In no time he and Carl were at my house doing the work I desperately needed. It was dark when they finished but they lived up to their word in fixing my hot water problem "today"!"

"I did a bit of research even though we had been without hot water for about a week. Mainly because we had roofers working and no roof where the water heater would be going in the garage. I received a call from Robert before we were ready for the project to begin and wrote down his info including the quote. I wanted a long warranty and not many companies were offering the 12 yr warranty. That was a plus, and when I finally made the decision to go with Facilities Plumbing and Drain I called Robert and he said Frankie could come right away...within the hour...it was about 550PM!! He indeed showed up and went straight to work with a smile. What a great attitude he has, especially considering he had been working since 7am. Hot water heater installed and he cleaned up everything too. Very professional, very nice and efficient."

"The first visit lead to cleaning the area around the heater and burners and checking the thermocouple. Sadly that seemed to make it worse. Less than a week later No hot water for over 30 hours till the second technician replaced the thermocouple. All is perfect now. No charge for the second visit. The next step, if needed will be a tankless and their quote looks a bit steep. But I am really hoping I won’t need to go that far."

"Just that David came in and checked out the problem, noted that we needed a new part, ordered it and it was replaced in a few days And we are good to go. No need for new heater."

"had them replace my water heater with a tankless. Price was fair . Even made sure everything was running great the next day"

"Called Trio Heating on a late Friday afternoon and they sent out two technicians (Jose & Dallin) the next morning to fix a gas heater that would not turn on. Their communication from beginning to end was great. They sent me a text 45 minutes before their arrival time and I was able to track their ETA which was extremely helpful. They explained to me what the issue was. I was able to run out and buy a new thermostat for them to install. They did a great job, cleaned everything up and put everything back together. They also typed up everything they worked on and took multiple detailed photos of the unit and emailed 10 minutes after they left. I think what they charged was extremely reasonable for the quality of work. I really appreciated not being charged a higher fee for coming out on a weekend. Will definitely use them again for my HVAC needs!"

"Installed a recirculating pump. Works great."
