They were able to color match the color of my gutter and fascia so perfectly I cannot even tell it was recently repaired. The shingles have also settled like they said they would and were very through about cleaning up after the work was complete. Tino did an excellent job explaining the work to be done making sure it was done correctly. Would definitely recommend and use again for future roofing needs."

"LMP Roofing did an excellent job fixing what the original builder didnâ t install. Now I can enjoy my flower garden without a stream pouring down from the roof and soaking the flower bed which in turn spread soil outside the garden perimeter. Before the install, rainwater pouring off the roof stripped the paint off my back porch also. They surveyed the whole roof and redirected rainwater to appropriate downspouts. The price is very reasonable and I would definitely call them if I ever have any other roof issues. Gary, the Residential and Commercial Consultant, provided us with a thorough quotation that included property photographs, roof dimensions, recommended materials and timeframe for completing the project. The pricing estimates were aligned with our insurance estimates. We were comfortable submitting this professionally prepared quotation to our insurer and HOA (which required a 30-day notice). Lisa, the Finance Manager, let us know what to expect and provided documentation to our insurer. Materials were delivered the day prior to the start of the project. "Alex Blaker and his team were referred to me by ADU small home sales person in Austin Tx. My project was creating additional barrier walls in a home for the PadSplit app. We had to add 3 electrical outlets, as well as connect a clothes washer that required all lines electrical and water to be ran. Alex was cordial, easy to work with and genuinely cares about the work and level of craftsmanship that goes into the project. You will meet Dario and others on his team who are incredibly polite, clean, and efficient. Project was completed in a little over a week. Budget: initial bid around $7800 + taxes, two owner approved add ons elevated the project around $600. (Plug relocation, and dryer vent routing) Payment was made in 3 payments over the life of the project. I like this as it lets you see the project be started first. Alex kept me in the loop every day and came over in person to inspect, and recommend updates to the job.
