"I contacted Ruddys Roofing for an inspection of my roof and to repair a damaged shingle. When Jake Hargis arrived he was on time and very helpful. I explained to him that I had a damaged shingle that needed to it fixed or repaired. I also wanted the roof inspected for other damage. Jake stated that he would get his latter a get started. When he came back to the door he the shingle could be repaired. He also stated that there was no additional damage to the roof. "We had five different companies give us bids, and when Cody Witt came, he explained their products and the differences compared to others. We chose a shingle that was not very different from our old shingles but had depth definition and a lifetime warranty. Barrier netting was used for tear down and installation. The netting went from the eaves of the house down to outside of our flowerbeds where another net caught the debris. This protected all of our flower beds and also made for a more efficient clean-up. They also covered our pool and spa with a full tarp to protect them from any debris. The crew never slowed down and because of their work ethic and attention to detail, experience and pride, they know their work shows and they are proud of it and so are we. WCS provided a full-time project manager on sight the entire time to oversee the work and answer our questions. Their marketing person spent about 6 hours at my home inspecting/photographing the existing roof condition from the outside and inside the attic, explaining their product, the warranty, and the installation process. The materials were delivered the day before the installation. The 5-man installation crew showed up the next day as scheduled, including a truck-mounted trash bin. 8 hours later I had a new asphalt tile roof with new plywood wood base, liner and edge-to-peak ventilation system. The post install cleanup was thorough, including a magnet sweep for nails. The crew members were cordial, careful and thoroughly professional. They had obviously knew what they were doing and had worked together before. I am thoroughly impressed with the installation and the product."
