I explained to him that I had a damaged shingle that needed to it fixed or repaired. I also wanted the roof inspected for other damage. Jake stated that he would get his latter a get started. When he came back to the door he the shingle could be repaired. He also stated that there was no additional damage to the roof. "Kudos to CV Roofing, Tom Dragoo, and team! They truly provide exceptional service. After a moderately hard rain, we discovered water damage around a recessed light in the entry of our new home. This is an area where the metal roof comes together at many odd angles. We were very anxious as more heavy rain was expected within the week. "We had five different companies give us bids, and when Cody Witt came, he explained their products and the differences compared to others. We chose a shingle that was not very different from our old shingles but had depth definition and a lifetime warranty. Barrier netting was used for tear down and installation. The netting went from the eaves of the house down to outside of our flowerbeds where another net caught the debris. This protected all of our flower beds and also made for a more efficient clean-up. They also covered our pool and spa with a full tarp to protect them from any debris. The crew never slowed down and because of their work ethic and attention to detail, experience and pride, they know their work shows and they are proud of it and so are we. WCS provided a full-time project manager on sight the entire time to oversee the work and answer our questions. Cody Witt is definitely an insurance whisperer, and he will work with your insurance company to get as much out of the claim as possible. We highly recommend WCS for your roofing needs.
