"Hector and his men do excellent work in a timely fashion. We had a pipe burst and damage our kitchen which needed to be remodeled. I do most of the work Myself but needed the drywall done professionally. Hector gave me a more than fair price for the drywall repairs. They completed the repairs in 2 days and the walls and ceiling look fantastic. Drywall can be a messy repair to have to do, however they did an excellent job of keeping the mess under control and cleaned up throughly when they finished. If you are in need of drywall work or repairs I would call them at Luna, no question about it."

As with any extensive remodeling project there were unexpected / unforeseen issues. All of these issues were examined, explained, and options provided and were covered by our contingency funds. There were also several recommendations for improvements that were explored, accepted, and the budget was modified accordingly. We highly recommend New England Upgrades for their integrity, attention to detail, and ability to work with us to bring our vision and design into reality. "Run from this company. They are scammers. Made us sign a contract and enticed us with 25% off if we signed that day. Which we did. Then they had someone come out and measure our door who told us that they couldn?t install the door/window that we wanted and the sales person sold us something they couldn?t do. Now they are trying to come after us for a 35% cancellation fee even though they can?t deliver what we ordered! RUN for this business!"
