"Oh my God they are fantastic. Oh my God , they are the best. They are just really good they are the best vendor I have ever used. Well because my roof is beautiful. What happened was, we had a you know, they came out and gave me a bid. My roof was having some issues and I did not think it was, he did not even think it was that bad, and what happened was that the roof started to fail, like it was too weak. And they came out everytime I called them. Because we had ran into like a time, and they had to do a schedule, a reschedule of three weeks and I am waiting for this roof. They came out every time it rained and a drop came in through that, if I had called for a complaint, they came out immediately that day. And they needed time to fix it but they instead of fixing would replace the whole thing. It was a $ 30,000 roof. Yeah, so it was a huge roof. So they did a great job. "David and his crew are amazing! They really know their "stuff". We have a 10 unit condo complex surrounded by lots of trees. On inspection we learned the old tar and gravel surface as a whole generally had issues requiring attention, as did the nonexistent or inadequate flashings. Looking for a roofer, we found Lifetime had the best price and high reviews. When Tony and Dylan came out to look at the situation and discuss fixes, we found that they listened well and came up with great solutions to the parts of our roof that needed repair and did not try to oversell us to fix the parts of our roof that were in good repair. Lifetime pulled the permit and got the team to work right away under the supervision of project manager Tony. He ably supervised the team and communicated progress daily in person or by email/text or both. He answered our questions and made sure the crew cleaned up, including ensuring they honored the city’s restriction on gas-powered blowers. All in all a job well done for a reasonable price.
