It took less than a month for Big Sun to order and fabricate all the parts for installation. They sent two installers by the name of Jim and Rod who did the installation in one day. "The entire process went well and was very smooth. Mark came out to our home to measure the pool (36 feet) and show us the choice of materials he could use to include color and density of screen and gates as well as to educate us about the product. He brought a book of photos which showed a variety of choices (colors, visibility of different types of screen, and gates) which we used as a reference to ask questions. We contacted 2 other Angie's List providers of this service each of whom gave us a price per foot cost over the phone. Mark was glad to come out to give us a bid which ended up being the most reasonable compared to the other info the other providers gave us over the phone. More service for less $$$-win/win! Mark installed the fence according to our schedule 6 days after giving us an estimate. He confirmed the process of drilling into the pavers the morning of the installation and showed us how the fencing would look before he installed it to be sure we approved. Mark was prompt in his arrival and completed the job in the 2 hours that he quoted would be necessary to finish the job. We are very pleased and will be relaxed and confident in the safety of our pool for all non swimmers, but most especially children. "Witt Fence had previously replaced a gate and I reached out to them to see if I could get a quote for fence replacement. I was unable to get a hold of them. I tried numerous times via phone, and also through their website. Unfortunately, I can't see myself attempting to use them again."

"They custom built an addition to the end of my existing 4 foot vinyl fence near the canal and added a water wing.  2 guys came and installed the fence on a concrete angled wall to a flat surface and then added a water wing too.  The work was perfect.  I would definitely use them again.  The only suggestion I would make to them is to improve communication a little so homeowners know what is going on with the scheduling.  There was a mix up in the days.  Since we were a small job we did not get priority and we were moved, yet I was waiting for them to arrive.  I think if they would improve the office scheduling and communication, they would be the best fence company in Hernando County.  Even with the mix up, I would only go back to them for the work since they were super nice and the work was perfect.. Just know to stay on top of them.  I wish I could upload a picture of the beautiful job they did. <br />"
