"We hired Larry for 2 projects, and both were exceptional in their design. The first was a second-story deck off of the master, with a vaulted screened room and a spiral stair leading down to the patio area. The roof lines complimented the existing roof beautifully. The second project was a 3-phase building: â ¢ Phase 1 was my 45'x30' woodworking studio with 24' vaulted ceiling. This is a metal building;. â ¢ Phase 2 added a 2-story 20' x 30' one bdrm 2 bath apartment to the back of the studio, including floor to ceiling glass windows on the back side. â ¢ Phase 3 will be converting the structure into a 4-bdrm house when I am no longer able to do this work. It was a complex plan, and Larry executed everything beautifully. No wasted space anywhere. He really listens well, and is very responsive. We highly recommend Larry for both new buildings and remodel. His design is impeccable."

"Our salesperson/designer was Janet. She came to our home, took extremely accurate measurements, then went back to the office and created some very impressive 3-D computer renderings. We went to their location and she was able to show us both her renderings as well as many of the materials and parts she was recommending. She listened carefully, offered helpful suggestions, and gave us money saving ideas. What I most appreciated about her was that she was a nice juxtaposition of being enthusiastically friendly and, because she has so much experience designing useful spaces, she had all the information we needed at the tip of her fingers. We went back and forth through many iterations and she never once acted put out. Instead, she seemed to share our excitement about how the project was morphing into something really special. We finally put our signatures to paper, gave our deposit, and then waited a short six weeks to have the  basic parts pulled and assembled. <br /> We were very excited when the installers showed up. Tony was the lead and there were three men altogether. They worked diligently for three days, doing custom cuts, doing some very artistic work to give the whole project the custom look we wanted from the beginning. The crew was punctual and incredibly polite and showing just the right amount of deference in the awkward situation of having three men walking through the house while we went about our daily activities. Whenever we had a question, they took the time to explain what they were doing and even made a few simple changes that we requested. <br /> When they were finished, we found the results to be better than we had dreamed. We gained so much room in the pantry that it was only about half full when we put everything back in. Our closet design also gained us an enormous amount of room. <br /> We are amazed at the space that we gained, but what's even better is how well the designs work in terms of organization. Everything has its own neat place. Janet's professionalism, experience, and creativity paid off, and the install crew's craftsmen-like quality and professional behavior helped allay our anxiety about having our precious home rattled about for a few days. <br /> We give More Space Place our highest possible recommendation. <br />"
