"Excellent Customer Service from Ruth. I had a broken water pipe in my sprinkler system. Ruth asked if the water had been turned off, and if not, she would see if there was a tech available to shut off the sprinkler system. A tech was available by the name of Juan. He was very professional and started working on the problem right away. I stayed outside with him to see if I could be of assistance. I'm just like that. Well, we found the broken pipe had been infiltrated by a large tree root. Juan, along with his son and I, managed to cut that large root and several others around and near the pipe. Within two hours the problem was solved. I really appreciated the quick response and professionalism by Ruth, Juan and his son. The price was also reasonable for the work performed. Thanks again.
